

If your says Dymo Connect, your label printer will not work with MethodOne. If it says Dymo Label or Dymo Label v8, you should be fine. Look through your listings and find Dymo Label. Under programs click on uninstall a program If you open settings and type control panel in the search, it will appear as an option. If you downloaded and Installed Dymo Connect, you will need to remove it. MethodOne will not work with Dymo Connect.

Some of the QL label printers ship with a couple of cleaning sheets should you need them sooner than expected but this isn't always the case.
